Pagan Men email group

I started this list because of a need to talk about paganism as it relates to men and men's issues. I don't think that enough is discussed about male needs and we have forgotten exactly it is that we need, only the awareness of an internal disharmony which we can't put our finger on and figure it will just go away if we ignore it. maybe, or maybe not.

I hope through this list to bring up many of the issues that we tend to ignore or disregard - stuff like initiation and rites of passage, aspects of the godform, male orientated pagan gatherings, male needs and our place in society, male spiritual needs, and anything else you can think of !

With any luck and some positive input, we can make this list a valuable tool to tackling some important men's issues, and maybe even brainstorm to get the ball rolling on getting some men's orientated gatherings happening.

Blessings on your path

Other male pagan orientated email lists (these lists have no association with paganmen and are listed here as the only ones I could find trolling the web)

Witchcraft for Men
This group is for men looking to learn about Witchcraft and our place in it.  What are the aspects of the God? What is his role in the Sacred Dance? What are the Fool, Warrior, Father, and Sage? http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Witchcraft_for_men/

gayEarthSpirit
This list is primarily for Gay/Bi males, but all men are welcome but you must be a Pagan and/or are into Witch Craft. Wizard, Witch, GreenMan or what ever label you call yourself, you are welcome, but this list is FOR MEN ONLY. There seems to be so many lists dominated by women, so this list is designed to be a safe place for Gay/Bi men to share, be and express their spirits in an open supportive forum. All that is asked is to respect other's beliefs. Feel free to post personals to the list, or if you are looking to network with other Gay/Bi men in your area who are into the craft. Share with the list what is like to be on the path and male. Do you have any particular Gay/Bi male based spells? What special gifts do Gay/Bi men have to offer the gods and goddesses? "The Earth is our mother and the sky our Father, may we learn to live as one with the darkness of night and the light of day." Lets make this a safe Male cyber circle based on love, learning and respect. So Mote It Be. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/GayEarthSpirit

gay-pagan-bears
A list for all gay pagans, but also one for bears and other big hairy men to talk about anything. All things to be discused with tolerance. No bashing of any sort. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/gay-pagan-bears

Male_Pagans
This is a list for MEN over 21 only who walk the Pagan path (all paths). Tired of all the female-only Dianic covens and other feminist Pagan groups with an exclusive Goddess emphasis without a God balance? Let's try to discuss the male perspective on Pagan beliefs, magickal workings, integration of our path into our daily lives, incantations, spells, etc. Worth a try, I hope. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Male_Pagans

MenoftheCraft
For men who are Witches, Wiccan or have an interest in the Occult. The Masculine side of Deity is to be Honored here first; since the Goddess has all but dominated the Craft. Honor to your Goddess Is respected AND Expected! A balance must be put back into place. All Pagan Paths may join. Any Occult topic may be discussed. Mention of sexual preference is considered OFF topic; Since nowdays an all male group is stereotyped as a "Gay" group by most people (what a shame). http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MenoftheCraft

kcpaganmen
This list is primarily for Pagan men in the Kansas City area, though any man over age 18 is invited to join. It is a list designed to promote discussion of masculine spirituality. It will not be a forum for gender bashing, and any such behavior will result in censure and possible expulsion. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/kcpaganmen
